Treatment frequency varies based on individual needs and conditions. An estimate will be provided after your initial consultation.

Pain during treatment?

Acupuncture shouldn’t be painful. You may feel a slight tingling or dull sensation, indicating the treatment is working.

Post-treatment advice?

Stay relaxed and hydrated, and avoid strenuous activities or alcohol on the day of treatment.

Pregnancy and acupuncture?

Acupuncture is safe during pregnancy and can help with various pregnancy-related symptoms.

Preparation for treatment?

Have a light meal a couple of hours before and stay well-hydrated.

You’ll relax on a comfortable couch while fine needles are inserted. Many clients find it very relaxing.

What to wear?
